We will only accept requests of refund within 30 days after receiving the product purchased, and as long as the product is unused and returned together with a proof of purchase and its original packaging. In the case that the product is returned correctly and the refund request is accepted, the customer will be able to choose if prefers to change it for another product, or if prefers that we proceed to the refund of the amount paid.
